P10 single unit board size

Taking the P10 model, the LED point spacing of the general module is 32 points long and 16 points wide, while the point spacing of P10 is 10mm, so calculate:

Length=32 points×1.0cm=32cm

Height=16 points×1.0cm=16cm;

Calculation of indoor LED screens

Example:

If you need an indoor LED display screen with a length and width of 4m and 3m respectively, and use a P10 screen, how to calculate its actual length and height?

Some friends may not understand what this question means. Since we already have length and width, why do we need to calculate it? Because the LED large screen is composed of multiple unit boards, it is necessary to calculate how many unit boards are needed for a large screen that is 4m long and 3m wide.

First, calculate how many unit boards are needed for length and height (divide the length of the entire screen by the length of the unit board, and take an integer)

We learned from the above the basic data of p10, and the number of modules is calculated as:

Length: 4m/0.32m=12.5pcs≈13pcs.

Width: 3m/0.16m=18.7pcs≈19pcs

Because the minimum unit of the module is 1, it must be rounded.

Actual length and height dimensions (multiply single unit board size by required number of unit boards)

Length: 13*0.32=4.16m,

Width: 19*0.16=3.04m

Length: 3.5m÷0.32=10.9375≈11

Height: 1m÷0.16=5≈5

Actual length and height dimensions (multiply the required number of unit boards by the size of a single unit board)

Length: 11×0.32=3.52m

Height: 5×0.16m=0.96m

Actual LED screen area:

3.52m×0.96m=3.3792㎡
