Right angle LED display production method

Right-angle LED screens are generally in an “L” shape and are mostly used in indoor and outdoor corners. Especially when used indoors, the joints at the right angles are very demanding. For right-angle LED displays, the joints are required to be within 0.5mm, basically achieving a seamless splicing effect.

Right-angle LED display screen splicing method

1. Bottom shell cutting: Cut off the left or right side of the bottom shell, and then cooperate with the steel structure design to achieve it, but this has a disadvantage, that is, the magnetic hole on the bottom shell cannot be cut off, otherwise the magnetic suction has no fixed hole, and it cannot be installed. How to install it? Therefore, this method must meet the magnetic hole at a certain distance from the left and right sides.

2. Bevel module: The bevel module is a module bottom shell specially designed for right-angle LED screens. The bevel of the bottom shell is 45°. When the two sides of the right angle are spliced, it is exactly 90° right angle. It is mainly used to make 90-degree right-angle screens. However, the cost of this production will be slightly higher.

4 types of applications of right-angle LED display screens

Corner screen: In order to improve lighting effects or make the screen larger, bars and hotels often connect indoor walls. How the right angles between walls are handled directly affects the effect of the screen. Right-angle LED screens play an important role here.

Square column screen: usually on the square column of hotel, auto show, shopping mall, presenting square column or cube appearance. It not only has a decorative effect, but also is conducive to the promotion of brand advertising.

LED square screen: LED square screen is a six-sided screen, which is usually installed by hoisting or pillars. Each side adopts a square design. It is very magical when used with videos and attracts more people’s attention.

“L-shaped” naked-eye 3D screen: From the perspective of its content and creative form, the “L-shaped” naked-eye 3D screen used outdoors can achieve a deeper spatial immersion, leaving a strong visual impact on the audience.
